Please carefully check the item details, photos and video shown in livestream before purchase.
No return, exchange or refund will be accepted for non-defective items.

If you receive defective, damaged goods or items significantly different from what was shown in the livestream, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos/videos of the package and product for inspection. We will handle valid quality issues accordingly.
